The North American Association of Synagogue Executives (NAASE) is your professional association, and your colleagues in NAASE greatly appreciate your continued affiliation. Our Association enables us collectively to grow professionally, and to provide a supportive and evolving resource network for each other throughout the year.
Regular Membership is designed for Executive Directors, synagogue administrators, and other senior professionals leading synagogues affiliated with the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism (USCJ) or a synagogue that identifies itself as Conservative. As a Regular Member, you’ll join a trusted network of colleagues across North America, gain access to year-round educational programming, professional resources, conferences, mentoring, and a community of peers who understand the unique opportunities and challenges of synagogue leadership.
Associate Membership extends the value of NAASE beyond the Executive Director, connecting senior professionals across your organization to a vibrant network of synagogue leaders throughout North America. Designed for staff in operations, facilities, development, membership, engagement, finance, communications, and other leadership roles, this cost-effective membership ($275 annually) provides access to NAASE’s educational programming, professional resources, peer connections, and year-round community—helping your team learn, collaborate, and grow together.
Affiliate Membership is designed for senior professionals serving Jewish communal organizations outside the synagogue setting who want to stay connected to the NAASE network, resources, and professional community.
