NAASE University at the International Conference

Plan on being with us at the NAASE 2021 Virtual Conference and the NAASE University sessions from March 9-11, 2021 as we explore this year’s most compelling and timely themes.

NAASE University” is the fast-paced and very popular component of the annual International Conference offering opportunities for small-group, face-to-face, in-depth exploration of timely topics and issues. Offered in several simultaneous one-hour classes in consecutive sessions, NAASE U affords participants direct conversation with experienced colleagues and outside speakers, expert in the respective areas of synagogue management covered by the carefully tailored sessions. Some classes are specifically designed for veterans, and some for those new-to-the field, including a session for new executives to meet with more experienced ones in an unscripted setting. Informal in style and intense in delivery, some sessions feature single presentors, others bring together panels espousing related or differing approaches.

The enthusiasm of the presentors is contagious, and the benefits to participants and congregations are lasting and immeasurable, as skill-sets develop, insights are triggered, and resolve is generated.

About the International Conference

Since 1948, the opportunities for synagogue directors to meet, network, study, plan, discuss, agree and disagree, socialize, re-energize and motivate have been most actively and dynamically provided at the annual International Conferences. Sometimes held in the United States or Canada, and frequently in Israel, the annual conclave has been well attended and characterized by enthusiastic anticipation and wholehearted participation.
