The leadership of NAASE and NATA are committed to providing a conference environment free of harassment, discrimination, and hostile conduct of any kind. We recognize a shared responsibility to create and maintain that environment for the benefit of all and expect all event participants (e.g., speakers, attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, volunteers, staff) to help us create and promote an enjoyable experience for everyone by:
We have zero-tolerance for any form of discrimination or harassment, physical or verbal, by participants at our events.
We do not tolerate harassment in any form. Bullying, intimidation, discrimination, or sexual harassment in the form of physical conduct, language, or use of social media or imagery, is not acceptable. Unacceptable behavior also includes making disparaging comments related to gender, gender identity or appearance, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion or religious observance, ethnicity, national origin, political views or affiliation.
If you witness or become aware of any activities that violate the letter or spirit of this Code of Conduct, please alert the NAASE or NATA Executive Director, President, or Conference Co-Chairs as soon as possible.
